At Bijoux De Mimi, we want you to love your new accessories, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  Carefully place your jewelry back into its original Bijoux De Mimi pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
